We’ve been to many Celtic festivals and are destined to go to many more. The Aztec Highland Games & Celtic Festival is special, but in many ways is typical. For those of you have never been to one of these, these photographs show you what to expect.

Some very strong and athletic men and women, throwing large objects.

Very talented, with some of them being very young, Highland dancers.

Musicians who can only be described as tribal (or perhaps earthy). In this case, it’s the Wicked Tinkers.
