Labor Day Weekend, 2018

The Stone Circle is the creation of Terry Wooten. It’s 88 large boulders, in a triple ring, creating an amphitheater surrounding a huge fire pit. From mid-June through Labor Day weekend, audiences gather to hear storytellers, poets, and musicians in an atmosphere reminiscent of the ancient pre-electronic days.

Stone Circle is only a few miles from the home of Clan Donnell in County Antrim, Michigan. Yet this Labor Day was our first sojourn there.

We told one story, but mostly enjoyed the poetry and stories of the others.

We will definitely be back!
