Texas (+ Arkansas and Tennessee) in March, 2014
ClanDonnell toured the State of Texas in March, 2014 in a cultural effort to share Irish history and a mercenary effort to sell books. The tour took a few weeks. The highlight in Texas was the South Texas Alamo Irish Festival on March 8th in San Antonio.
The tour took us beyond Texas and into Little Rock, Arkansas and Memphis, Tennessee, and we didn’t come home to Michigan until after St. Patrick’s Day!
Don’t bother looking for either Arkansas or Tennessee on a map of Texas. You won’t find them. Neither Little Rock nor Memphis is within the State of Texas. Both cities were is on ClanDonnell’s Mess With Texas Tour since they are between Texas and our home state of Michigan, and we’re stopping by on our way home.
