Elk Rapids’ Best Market
We go to the Village Market in Elk Rapids several times each week. We typically do so to buy groceries, since that is what people do in a grocery market.
But on Sunday, August 31st, we were tell to sell books. And we set up our table in the produce section.
The event was strategically timed – right after church and on Labor Day weekend.
Village Market is a mini-chain of three grocery markets in County Antrim, Michigan. It offers everything the large chains do, and with an emphasis on fresh produce, quality meat, value-priced quality wines, and great deli counter.
It also has a book and magazine rack – prominently featuring ClanDonnell.
