Best Shop in Harbor Springs

We did it on Friday, July 18, from 1:00 to 5:00 pm

It is finally summer in northern Michigan, and one of the best towns to visit is Harbor Springs. It’s a beautiful little town located along the north shore of Lake Michigan’s Little Traverse Bay.

One of the best shops in town is the Olde Sport Club, owned by Glen and Donna Hunter. The shop features vintage and original items of art, memorabilia and antiques, especially for the golf, fly fishing and duck enthusiast.

ClanDonnell did a meet and greet customers, and shared a vast repertoire of Irish stories. Some involved Irish history, culture, and folklore. Yet others focused on the interests of golfers, hunters, and fishermen. There are, indeed, like-minded people on the island of Ireland and it is an ideal site for a sporting vacation.
