Skipping Around the State

We’re did not actually do a book tour in Michigan since we live here. But we did skip around the state from time to time — meaning, wherever and whenever someone will have us in as a guest.

“Meechigan” is the exaggerated pronunciation of the university by the late Bob Ufer, broadcaster of Michigan football for nearly 40 years. Ufer was an unabashed homer. His broadcasts drove non-Michigan fans nuts, but M Go Blue types loved him.
